We are excited to share this opportunity to join our team as a General Labourer. This permanent, full-time role, reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor and the Production Manager, will be based out of either Richmond BC or Delta BC location.

Foley’s production facility operates on a three shift schedule (6:30am-3pm, 2:30pm-11pm & 10:30pm-7am) and all employees are expected to operate within a flexible scheduling / rotation environment. A shift premium is available when working the overnight shift of 1030pm-7am.

Based on your expertise, passion, and personality, we have a variety of job specific positions available for you. We provide training for people who have no prior experience. Once you pass the training period and meet all of the competencies required, we will increase your wage immediately. Minimum Skills Knowledge & Education Required:

• Follow directions and communicate in English, both orally and in writing
• Work in a variety of environments including wet, humid, particulate (dusty), cold, hot, and indoor/outdoor
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods (8-10 hrs)
• Lift up to 25 kgs. on a regular basis
• Work accurately with numbers and basic calculations
• Solve basic to moderate problems, organize and accomplish tasks within set timeframes
• Exercise manual dexterity and hand eye coordination
• Work well in a team environment; strong can-do/ service attitude
• Maintain a continuous improvement and learning orientation; adaptable and open to change
• High-school diploma/GED and 1+ year of related experience
