We’re currently looking for a Travel Intern to join our APAC regional office in Singapore across various teams during Jun-Dec 2022.

  • Support day to day travel operational enquiries and booking matters
  • Prepare Travel Insurance & Application of SG E-Visas for employees
  • Conduct month-end reconciliation of Travel Expenses
  • Prepare slide decks in relation to travel projects, such as training materials for new employees
  • Bring your fresh perspective to help us improve in the current Travel application process
  • Assist team members to plan and implement new Travel Booking system 
  • Opportunity to go on hotel visits for inspection of our preferred Corporate Hotel
  • Any other ad hoc task/project assigned

    • What you bring to the table:

  • Full-time student pursuing a Diploma in Travel & Tourism or in similar fields
  • Proficient in Gsuite
  • Proficient in Excel/gSheets
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in customer service & travel industry will be a plus
  • Experience building presentation slides
  • Possess a good eye for detail
  • Have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa
