Inclusion is the key to unlocking the true benefits of our diversity, and as Foodies first Inclusion Manager you’ll ignite passion, unlock doors, and drive forward initiatives across our Co-op to change process, behaviours and approaches that foster a more inclusive Co-op. 

About the role 

We’re a few years into our journey andyou’ll take the gold that has already been achieved and work courageously and collaboratively across our Co-op to ensure D&I is part of the fabric of our Co-op.  You’ll; 

• Research, develop, recommend, and execute strategies and initiatives with tangible outcomes that will foster our diversity goals across the Co-op. 
• Support and grow our Employee Networks who form part of Diversity & Inclusion at Foodies acting as their main advocate; supporting them to initiate action, create safe inclusive spaces and feel proud, confident and supported in what they do. 
• Monitor and evaluate progress on Diversity and Inclusion against our strategic ambitions and manage related data to inform our work and measure impact. 
• Facilitate and deliver (where appropriate) learning initiatives across our Co-op that increase awareness and education around inclusion & diversity.

What we’re looking for 

• Experience working across diversity and inclusion topics ideally from a large, complex organisation 
• Great communication skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate and influence across all levels 
• A strategic, open and curious mind with demonstrable experience in delivering programmes of work. 
• An understanding of, and commitment to Te Ao Māori
