The Sales Strategy & Business Development Manager, Fleet Management will primarily be responsible for building out a team of resources supportive of our Fleet Management GTM Strategy, Sales Effectiveness, and Administration tasks
This role will be responsible for program management on all new Business Development initiatives associated with Fleet Management.
Ensure adoption and evolution of the business process in the CRM as well as proper adoption and efficiency with all interacting sales tools.
Conducts analysis to identify strengths and areas of opportunity for development within sales divisions.
Coordinates with analysts on the build, roll out, and enhancements of reports, dashboards, and CRM views that support leadership visibility and field execution on key deliverables to drive productivity, pipeline velocity, and revenue.
Create Sales Consultant and Sales Administration Function withing the Fleet Management arm so as to create a strong level of support for field reps.
Prior experience in Sales Effectiveness, CRM and Partnership Management
High School/GED
3 years of sales leadership, operations or effectiveness experience
Sales / service customer contact experience/fleet preferred
CRM software utilization
Ability to think creatively and operate in a multifaceted white space environment.
Strong social skills and an ability to work well within and across multiple functions
Adventurous and persuasive in pursuit of doing what’s right for the business
Ability to prioritize and lead multiple concurrent assignments
Ability to develop working relationships with Dealers, suppliers, and local municipalities
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Continuous improvement mentality
