We’re looking for an Administrator to support contracting, document preparation, scheduling, preparation of board materials, and support Foresight’s executive team across Canada in this fully remote, virtual role.

Key tasks will include:

• Reporting to the Operations Manager, while working with C suite and VP leads (4)

• Tackling a variety of weird and wonderful projects, never the same day twice

• Ability to manage several tasks with competing deadlines, and prioritize workload

• Entrepreneurial drive to be able to take the reigns and make the job your own

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• CRM Management
• Document generation, formatting, and filing
• Calendar management
• Event scheduling
• Tracking renewal dates for contracts, licenses & systems
• Reviewing costs for tools and recommending efficiencies
• Other tasks as assigned

Experience:

• 2-3 years experience in an admin role

• Experience using Google G Suite (prefered) or Office 365

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-starter with the initiative to get the job done

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Ability to juggle many things simultaneously

Job Type: Full-Time
Rate: $45-55k + benefits (key is best fit and experience for the role)
