Specialized Care Team Scheduling Coordinator (remote)

As the scheduling coordinator for the Specialized Care Team, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our members via phone, email and chat, ensuring they’re able to get psychiatric care.

This is a full-time hourly position.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with our members to support a high volume of incoming and outgoing inquiries via phone, email and chat
• Enroll our members in psychiatric services and work with our teams to create a seamless member experience
• Be a strong communicator, team player and tech guru in order to provide coordination of care

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• One-plus year of customer experience preferred
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Salesforce preferred
• Access to a private workspace that complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy guidelines
• A self-starter attitude, with a passion to grow, learn, organize and create in service to improving mental health care
