Meeting Room Setup & Floater – Evening Shift

Hours: 5:00pm-12:00pm

Shift: Monday-Friday

Location: Madison Avenue New York, NY 10036

PLEASE NOTE: Individuals must be fully vaccinated to be on site at this client location.
This position requires a uniform.

Primary Responsibilities include:
– Setting up training and conference rooms to clients specifications noted in diagrams and special event forms
– Moving airwalls between training rooms to expand or reduce room size as needed.
– Placing training materials on tables as requested
– Taping Down Wires
– Cleanup of leftover materials after meetings are completed.
– Resetting workstations and offices

Note this position requires moving walls, tables, and chairs as well as stacking and unstacking chairs, folding and unfolding tables.

Backup Responsibilities include support to the Meeting Support Specialist team as needed.
