Job Duties

• Oversee the level of inventory for production and shipping
• Engage and assist with customer needs
• Tracking shipment and follow-up with customer’s feedback
• Filing, maintaining and supporting information for all financial transactions
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Managing and organizing bank errands and mailing documents
• Filing statements, invoices, etc.

Role requirements:

• Experience in administrative areas
• Strong organizational skill
• High School / Post-Secondary Accounting Education
• Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks & Simply Account would be a strong asset
• Strong organizational skills, able to follow through on procedures and use time effectively, able to manage high volume of work
• Extremely detail-oriented and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with discretion and to be entrusted with confidential information
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-sufficient, reliable and able to work largely unsupervised
• Strong communications skills with ability to collaborate with internal teams, customers & vendors
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Must have the legal ability to work in Canada.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
