Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader who has made a successful contribution to date ideally in progressive telemarketing, market research, and/or contact centre work environment.

Role responsibilities:
Lead, coach, motivate and develop a team of Telemarketing Agents.
Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and constantly improved.
Assess individual and team objectives on an ongoing basis – developing procedures and processes to maximize performance.
Train new team members and provide ongoing training.
Be the point of escalation for any problems. Handle the investigation and speedy resolution of all escalated matters.
Provide regular communication to and from all team members.
Compile statistics to monitor the performance to ensure quality leads are always generated.
Monitor staff daily, providing development and encouragement where necessary to ensure all service levels and KPIs are reached.
Interface successfully and regularly with all key team members, managers, and colleagues across a variety of departments and locations – including on an international level.
Create weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
Put in place incentives to motivate staff, enhance engagement and exceed targets.
Complete all monthly payroll reports to ensure all hours, annual leave and sick leave is monitored and tracked accurately.
Assist in projects as required.
Ability to liaise with clients directly and ensuring business needs are met.
Incentive and Benefits:
Full-time (37.5 h) Monday to Friday (no weekend work) -2pm -10pm
