staff is needed to assist the division’s fair hearing unit with meeting mandated timelines to constituent requests for review and reversal of a denial or suspension of the client benefits.
Requests for fair hearing are submitted via phone call, U.S. Mail, fax, or email and are subject to processing timeframes as defined by the client regulations.
Candidates must emulate the abilities of the state employee currently on leave, must have the ability to read, speak and understand Spanish and English (bilingual).
