Sales Associate Job Description
Come Spray it up with your Favorite Fragrances at the Fragrance Outlet.
Responsible for achieving sales goals in conjunction with assigned tasks and duties.
Assist in selling fragrances to increase UPT, ADT and Conversion.
Responsibilities
- Sales to meet/exceed sales budget while maintaining key metrics (ADT, UPT, Niche %).
- Assists with all store functions including merchandise, shipment, mark-downs, and all day-to-day store activities as directed.
- Protects and secures all company assets, including store cash. Adheres to all policies and procedures including safety guidelines.

- Advanced customer service skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.22 per hour
