Position Highlights

Bring your resourcefulness and effective problem solving skills to this role, you will provide reporting directly to the Manager of Clinical Operations.

Your specific job duties will include:

• Perform related clerical duties such as data entry, filing, compiling, preparing and maintaining statistics including related reports.
• You will schedule, book and coordinate patient appointments.
• Acts as a communication link for the assigned area by contacting other facilities and department.
• Prioritizes, processes, coordinates and transcribes physicians’ orders.
• Maintains timekeeping records for regular and casual staff and submits/enters to payroll system as required.

You will take a thorough, hands-on approach to deliver high quality and precise work. A focused approach is needed to complete routine day to day tasks and handle changing calendars, priorities, and timelines. You will carry a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

Are you motivated to join the team? We will be looking for you to have the following:

• Completion of Grade 12
• Graduation from an approved Office Administration Certificate program
• One (1) years of recent, related experience
• Ability to type 45 WPM

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

This is a casual position, based in Surrey, BC
