Fred Beans Automotive Hiring for Data Entry Clerk Job at Doylestown, PA Full Time

• Oversee daily ordering
• Assist in scheduling & preparing manufacture returns
• Oversee the posting and receipting
• Print, review & reconcile factory invoices daily
• Work with accounts payable team to reconcile monthly factory
• Run daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Research inventory discrepancies, document errors and changes & keep accurate records of all transactions made with the Report discrepancies to Inventory manager.
• Communicate with vendors in relation to billing and shipping matters
• Run all month end reports and turn in necessary documentation to Inventory Manager
