Essential Duties:
- Monitor and Triage Attorney Mail emails
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information
- Route incoming correspondence to appropriate file manager files
- Upload documents to appropriate file manager files
- Excellent time management
- Attention to detail as documents could be time sensitive.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management and as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional Organization and Time Management Skills Required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
- Maintain high level of data entry with accuracy
