About The Role

This company is seeking physios currently in New Zealand who want to work within a growing organisation. This amazing team will support and invest in your professional development, whilst also providing you with autonomy in your caseload and practice.

You will cover in-clinic and community physiotherapy, where you will treat a vast range of MSK cases, and sport-based injuries, as well as concussion services where required. In your practice, you will conduct assessments, develop injury prevention and rehabilitation programmes, and provide a mix of manual therapy, and exercise-based therapy. There is an opportunity to lead group Pilates classes and 1:1’s for those passionate about clinical Pilates, and there is constant scope for growth and CPD opportunities.

In This Role You Will

• Manage your own caseload across various MSK profiles
• Utilise a range of assessment methods
• Work with clients in developing and reaching their physical health goals
• Monitor client’s progress and update records regarding their recovery/rehabilitation
• Provide manual therapy (across joint mobilisation, massage therapy, acupuncture/dry needling)
• Develop exercise-based rehabilitation programmes for your clients (covering strengthening exercises, Pilates, stability, postural exercises and movement education)

Requirements

• Applicants must be in New Zealand or Australia
• Must be registered with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand
• Must hold a current Annual Practicing Certificate
• 2+ years of experience in managing your own MSK-based caseload
