Job Description

• The Customer Service Virtual Assistant will help in multiple areas of the business as it continues to grow
• Major Duties and Responsibilities

• The purpose of a Customer Service Virtual Assistant is to help keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

• Minor Duties and Responsibilities

• Minor duties include scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, managing email accounts, contacts and messages, some minor bookkeeping, data entry, create, review, and keep online records, help employees with administrative queries, to include other duties and responsibilities as they arise.

• Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma,
• 0-2+ years’ experience as virtual assistant or other relevant position.
• Significant practical experience with current technologies٫ like Cloud services, desktop sharing٫ and VoIP
• Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling.
• Practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
• Strong phone٫ email and instant messaging skills
• Good organizational and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $400.00 – $500.00 per month
