Part Time Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
  • Performs a variety of administrative functions
  • Schedules appointments
  • Compose memos, transcribe notes, creates presentations
  • Prepares invoices and expense reports
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • 2+ years of experience working in an administrative position
  • 25 – 30 hours/week
Compensation for the Administrative Assistant

Salary: $18 – $22/hour, depending on experience
