The Role

In This Critical Role, You’ll Get The Opportunity To

The Talent Acquisition and People Advisor role will be split between delivering high quality talent for our teams along with managing key phases of the employee lifecycle.

• Take the lead on all things Talent Acquisition.
• Partner with our Marketing team to further develop and enhance our employer brand.
• Work with people leaders to build proactive talent pipelines into our core functions.
• Manage the delivery of seasonal and bulk recruitment processes, including our Intern and Graduate recruitment rounds.
• Lead the on-boarding of new members of the team.
• Be the go-to person when it comes to our HRIS (Employment Hero)
• Own the delivery and management of HR documents.

About You

This will be a great role for someone who has gained some awesome experience in Talent Acquisition and is now looking to apply that knowledge as well as develop a wider understanding of the People & Culture world. You’re likely to have some of the following:

• A background in end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally in tech.
• Experience of what ‘great’ Talent Acquisition looks like with a well-respected and innovative organisation.
• Delivered innovative strategies for sourcing and securing talent.
• An understanding of selection methodologies and how to identify future stars
• Exposure to the development of employer brands within hard-to-find talent markets
• Experience in developing trusted relationships with leaders and growing personal credibility in an organisation.
• An understand of NZ employment legistlation.

Someone with a broader understanding of different Human Resources disciplines (either via education or experienced) would be highly valued in this role.
