G-Style USA Hiring for Online Customer Service Representative at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

We are a e-commerce apparel company (G-Style USA) seeking a full-time customer service representative to handle our emails & phone calls on customer inquiries, as well as other tasks that include but not limited to:

• Assisting in order fulfillment during high order volume days Returned merchandise processing
• Coordinating with shipping carriers regarding packages Orders and customers data entry The ideal candidate:
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls and frequent emails everyday Strong work ethic and great attitude
• Able to work with a team in a fast-paced environment Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and email basics
• Responsible, dependable, and organized in all aspects of work
• Fast learner and self-motivated with the ease of following verbal instructions
• *Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
• Knowledge of E-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Ebay and Walmart – Office Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri)

*No experience necessary, willing to train

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
