Gamber-Johnson LLC, an award-winning industry leader in the manufacturing of mobile and proAV mounting solutions trusted to be “Rugged, Reliable, and Responsive,” is looking for a Purchasing Clerk to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

As a Purchasing Clerk you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties to ensure all data is correctly put into our enterprise resource planning system (NetSuite). This position requires excellent attention to detail, as you will be a vital member of the Purchasing team helping to keep accurate electronic and paper records for all purchasing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of purchasing operations
• Accurately enter inventory transactions
• Input quotes and complete contracts in NetSuite (ERP System)
• Prepare and complete reports as requested
• Monitor the Purchasing mailbox for incoming requests and take appropriate action
• Prepare and send supplier performance measures monthly
• Actively participate in team problem solving, process improvement, and decision-making
• Complete special assignments as requested by Purchasing Manager and Buyers
• Comply and assist with all requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and the pursuit of continuous improvement
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills are essential
