This role involves recording financial transactions, producing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations. The Bookkeeper may also be responsible for managing payroll, invoicing, and accounts payable and receivable.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions in accounting software
- Manage payroll and ensure timely payments to employees
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Produce financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Experience with accounting software, like QuickBooks or Xero
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
