The Remote Call Center Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. The successful candidate will be able to handle customer inquiries in a timely manner and respond with accurate and professional answers.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer service inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
• Follow established procedures for customer service inquiries and sales orders
• Provide prompt follow-up to customers as neededss and resolve customer complaints
• Track and document customer interactions in the database
• Provide prompt follow-up to customers as needed and resolve customer complaints
• Escalate complex customer inquiries as needed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task while speaking with customers on the phone
• Proficiency in using computer systems such as CRM software or other related software programs
