GeBBs Consulting Hiring for Patient Services Associate at Remote Full Time

GeBBS Consulting is a healthcare technology professional services and consulting firm based in Towson, Maryland. We are celebrating our 25th year in business. We have two divisions: 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space).

We are currently seeking for a Patient Services Associate responsible for supporting the Health Services Department by providing support for:

• case management, clinical appeals, discharge planning, disease management, population health, behavioral health, and utilization review processes. Review documents for accuracy, expedite general workflows, assist in member intakes, communications, and scheduling of follow-ups.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
• Exceptional communication / customer service skills
• min 3 years of recent experience in patient engagement / services role

Preferred:

• Health Plan experience
• Texas Medicaid experience
• Community Health Work (CHW) and/or Medical Assistant certifications
• Bi-Lingual – English / Spanish

Salary: From $35.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
