REQUIREMENTS:

Typing skills 45 WPM + min
Previous customer service experience
Excellent written communication skills, including proof-reading, syntax, and grammar
Ability to follow direction and process guidelines
Basic computer skills, including internet usage and data entry
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High ethical standards
Ability to organize, prioritize and perform tasks with limited supervision
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Maintains adherence to all Gemini Standards of Conduct
