Our client, one of Ireland’s largest payment solution providers is recruiting a Client Experience Analyst to join their team.

Location: Dublin

Salary: Depending on experience

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5.30 pm.

Contract: Permanent

Some of your responsibilities include: –

· Logging and acknowledging Errors/Complaints in line with strict regulatory deadlines.

· Creating and issuing final resolution letters to customer complaints adhering to the Error & Complaints policies and consumer regulation of the company.

· Ensure that errors are resolved as a priority once logged and act as an escalation point during the Errors resolution process.

· Accountable for achieving complete resolution of customer issues and inquiries in conjunction with “Customer First” initiatives and in line with CBI regulations and internal policies and procedures.

· Independently reviewing cases to make final decisions based on evidence in order to provide customers with fair treatment and any necessary remedial action.

· Delivering reporting and trend analysis as agreed on a monthly basis.

· Attend ongoing training as required.

Candidates with customer service experience in a regulated environment or a banking sector will be an added advantage.
