GDIT is seeking an IAM Consultant to help support an exciting new Cloud Service Offering contract, Defense Enterprise Office Solutions (DEOS). Although this position allows for some remote work, the employee will be required to report onsite several days a week in Fort Meade, MD.

NOTE: This position is contingent upon contract funding and tasking.

Work as part of the IAM team alongside engineers, consultants, managers and sales. Client facing engagements (Consultancy assessments or workshops, presentations, scoping and analysis). Installation, deployment and configuration of IAM tools and solutions. Investigate, analyze and solve customer IAM issues. Documentation when required. Assessment reports (findings / recommendations), Runbooks, Build Specifications, Configuration & troubleshooting guides. Recognized for strong expertise in industry issues and trends. Utilize functional area expertise gained through direct industry experience to assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components. Examples of the functional areas would include Human Resources, Finance, Supply, Service, etc. Works with senior managers and executives to provide industry vision and strategic direction with regard to their enterprise. Guides the determination of information technology inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the functional area’s ability to support/meet organizational goals. Generates functional area strategies for enhanced IT operations in a cross-functional area mode throughout the organization. Participates in account strategy sessions, strategic assessments and design reviews to validate enterprise approach and associated work products. Provides guidance and direction to other professionals, acts in a consulting and/or advisory capacity; coordinates resolution of highly complex problems and tasks, possesses ability to meet and operate under deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• ActiveDoDTopSecret clearance

• IAT Level II Certification

• BA/BS with10years of experience (additional years of experience and/or certifications may be considered in place of education)

• 3+ years managing Office 365 services in a large-scale environment

• Experience working withDoDand enterprise PKIand directoryarchitecture

• Hands on experience with Identity Management and Authentication/Authorization integration experience (e.g.Active Directory, SAML, LDAP, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OIDC,etc)

• Experience with Identity and Access Management tools and solutions in areas such as:Identity Provisioning, Privileged Access Management, Role Based Access Controls, Device Management & Identity syncing.

• Experience scoping and defining Identity lifecycle management concepts and processes.

• Experience with commercial cloud services

• Ability tothrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment

• Able to report onsite as indicated above

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS, Azure and/or GCP cloud services

• Experience with on premise and cloud environments, Consultancy & IT Security experience
