GDIT is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to help provide support on our Cloud Support. Due to the nature of work this role entails, telecommuting is not allowed and will require the employee to report full-time onsite.

The Integrated Master Scheduler responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform daily maintenance of multifaceted schedule

• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders including program managers, project managers, engineers, and executives

• Develop, forecast, and maintain baseline and forecast schedules

• Host and champion working and review scheduling meetings across all levels of the organization and with client personnel

• Plan and organize schedule resource loading and leveling

• Maintain baseline configuration control in accordance with change control procedures

• Ability to update the forecast schedule on a weekly basis.

• Perform “What-If” analysis on major schedule changes or impacts.

• Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of project performance reporting

• Create and develop schedule metrics and reports

• Support the management team in variance reporting

• Performs schedule anomaly analysis

• Develops plans, including schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).

• Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual and schedule objectives are met.

• Interacts regularly with customers to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

• Participates in contract modification, what-if schedule analysis, and participate in special projects as required.

• Provide guidance and work leadership to less scheduling-experienced team members.

• Work closely with the program/project manager, task leads, finance team, and contracts team

Required Qualifications :

• Active Top Secret security clearance and the ability to be upgraded to TS/SCI

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

• 10+ years of relevant Project Management, Project Controls, or Scheduling/Planning experience.

• Able to report onsite as indicated above
