Job Description:

• Provides administrative processes support for tasks such as data entry, document verification, communication to providers and clients.
• Routine decision-making is tightly defined, with greater latitude at higher job levels, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments.
• Scope of work is defined by the contractual nature of the business.
• 
  Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, this role requires that you attend appointments in healthcare facilities that have COVID-19 vaccine mandates in place. Please note that fully vaccinated means 14 days have passed since receiving: the second dose of the Moderna/Pfizer vaccine or one dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 yrs of college preferred
• Prior experience working with medical records, CPT codes and DX codes
• Healthcare background preferred
• Must be vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine
