How you’ll shape the future of the Pulp Mill:Ensures that safety management systems are in place in the area that maintain a safe and healthy working environment, produces safe, qualified employees, continuously improves housekeeping, and complies with all applicable regulations and mill policies. Manages day-to-day activities in the area, including scheduling, work assignments, maintenance coordination, operator qualification and training, and process trouble-shooting. Maximizes the productivity and reliability of equipment to produce product that consistently meet customer requirements. Works closely with Machines area to optimize throughput and quality.Through a partnership with Maintenance, manages overall equipment condition of the area by condition monitoring, operator equipment care, maintenance repair, and PM/PdM activities for the area.Minimizes process losses and off-quality production through corrective and preventive measures.
