You will be responsible for fittings, Value-Added Services, Inventory, and other various functions within the service center.WHAT YOU’LL DOPolitely greet every customer in a timely manner, developing trust quickly and maintain an active involvement with customers to ensure satisfaction.Respond to any and all customer needs, through use of own knowledge and/or collaboration with Sales team.Process orders, as needed, quickly and efficiently.Ensure all measurements and fittings are done properly, accurately, and efficiently with the ability to problem solve individual sizing issues – so that they can wear their uniform proudly.Take necessary measurements and mark garments for alterations.Comply with company, OSHA and other applicable regulations to ensure a safe workplace.Work to maintain appropriate inventory levels and accuracy.Receive packages specific and sort and store according to procedures.Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Restock workstation with appropriate supplies as needed.Audit complete orders to assure 100% quality.Identify and communicate any job delays and/or problemsCollaborate cross-functionally with Branch Operations, Sales, and other corporate teams.Commit to our company’s P.R.O.U.D. to Serve mission, policies, procedures, and practices.Ability to travel for customer appointments and possibly some deliveries.Other duties assigned as needed.WHAT YOU BRINGHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required.Computer proficiency, and ability to learn new skills – prior Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Excel experience preferred.Previous experience in Customer Service, Receiving, and Inventory Management.Ability to effectively read/receive work instructions in English.Extremely detail-oriented and quality-focused – you are not happy with mistakes.Solid communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, bend, stretch, twist, and lift, with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to work in fast pace environment and meet daily productivity standardsWilling and able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodationValid Driver’s License & dependable transportation.WHAT TO SEND OUR WAYYour resume, highlighting your education, experience, and skillsWhy you want to be a part of the Galls familyGalls is an Equal Opportunity Employer of people from all walks of life, including persons with disabilities and veterans.
