Key Responsibilities

Design and develop captivating web assets using JavaScript and Responsive HTML/CSS.

Implement and refine A/B testing strategies to enhance user experience and functionality.

Collaborate on and contribute to multiple codebases in a team-oriented environment.

Embrace a variety of projects, collaborating across diverse teams.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 3 years of front-end development experience, with additional back-end knowledge as a bonus.

Solid understanding of JavaScript, including nuances and workarounds.

Ability to learn and implement new frameworks; we operate on a “best tool for the job” policy.

Proficiency in HTML/CSS, with expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with libraries like React (preferred).

Experience with Redux or similar state management tools.

Knowledge of high-level web performance concepts.

Effective collaboration skills in a team setting and the ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills, open to learning, and receptive to constructive feedback.

Proficient in Git and other version control systems.

Desirable Skills

Keen eye for design and the ability to translate concepts into pixel-perfect web applications/pages.

Experience with TypeScript, NodeJS, Docker, MySQL, and MongoDB.

Proficiency in analytics and testing.

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects.

Strong interest in data analysis for informed decision-making.

Additional Pluses

Familiarity with PHP.

Experience with templating engines like Nunjucks or Handlebars.
