Ghost Atomic Pictures Inc, an award-winning Branded Content, Music Video boutique production company is seeking an Office Production Assistant. The Production Assistant will be responsible for handling daily tasks to help keep the office organized and provide production support to the team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Office management/organizing
• Frequent runs such as shuttling drives between editors, shipping and tracking camera kits to clients, pickups/returns for shoots, etc.
• Maintaining a clean working environment for the team
• Various administrative tasks
• Set assistance
• Light personal assistance for the owners who live in Santa Barbara

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE A CAR
• Organizational skills
• Communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Proactive thinker — be willing to take initiative and ask questions
• Efficient time management
• Knowledge of Microsoft products
• Previous PA experience with both set and office highly preferred
• Familiarity with or interest in learning camera/lighting equipment highly preferred
• Flexible schedule
• Desire to learn and grow in the business

$33k a year includes benefits and gas reimbursement. Approximately 40 hours a week across the board, however hours will range depending on shoot days and busier weeks. Please send a resume and cover letter with at least 2 professional references.
