Glavel is looking for highly motivated individuals to work independently and within a team at their BRAND-NEW Saxon Hill manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have mechanical & electrical aptitude and experience driving forklifts/heavy equipment. The operators will support production deadlines, product flow, and maintenance and repairs. In addition to managing inbound/outbound shipments and operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment in the production of foam glass aggregate. Operators will be responsible for following all safety guidelines and procedures.

Physical & Environmental

Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Duties include indoor and outdoor work regardless of inclement weather.

Work may entail both sitting and standing for extended periods.

Environment may include dust, loud machinery, and use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Plant operates 24/7 with 12-hour shifts.
