Global Electronic Installations LLC Hiring for Administrative Assistant Job at Remote Full Time

Training for this position will be done in-person and then work will transition to part-time remote and part-time in office; Typical schedule would be 4:30AM-10:30AM Monday-Friday for 25-30 hrs/week

Job Responsibilities to include:

• Edit emails for grammar/spelling/format before sending to our customers and submitting internally to our CRM system
• Submit paperwork to our customers in a timely manner
• e-filing of documents in specific online platforms for our customers
• Work with customers to schedule incoming jobs to our Field Installation Technicians
• Work with Field Installation Technicians via phone calls and emails for needed paperwork
• Work collaboratively with other admin team members- in-person, calls, and emails

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
