Summary of Role:
With the era of youtube, linkedin training videos and tiktok, we are in a constant process of coming up with updated interesting but detailed video for our inhouse training in a complex wafer foundry. Candidate will be involved in creation and manipulation of Sharepoint site to update and create useful and eye-catching sites. Working together with modules through the whole filming workflow: Working together on schedules, storyboard, timeline, text and pre-broadcast review Follow through process from pre-production, production, preview and broadcast stage. Following up with the feedback for the videos after the videos have been broadcast. Ability to plan and manage video capturing schedules, editing and matching to timeline required (Will require candidate to be in the fab to do video recording). Knowledge of knowing the general work-flow of website creation and video filming ability to use the camera, as an image and video tool, Knowledge to create and edit with sharepoint site and MS Stream. Candidate will also have an opportunity to work on engineering portion in regards to wafer quality control , working with module on how they control their processes as well as working on BKMs. They will also be assisting in In line excursions management and analysis for line and final yield. Candidate will have a good balance of both .
Your Job:
- Be proficient in creating, while following the basic training video creation sop, training materials for at least 8 training videos, using assigned software Davinci, and assigned hardware, Sony Camera (+ Zhiyun Gimbal)
- Gain more confidence in juggling and communicate doable tasks between knowledgeable module reps
- Gain more confidence to create, build and edit all training webpages, and insert all the relevant training video in their relevant places.
- Present the knowledge of generic wafer flow process confidently
- Finished at least 4-8 training videos accordingly as assigned. Any more is a bonus to the grade.
- Gain rapport with the modules with no complaints or negative feedback. Positive feedback will be a bonus
- All finished media will be correctly uploaded and placed into the training webpage
- Manage modules on line yield reporting and scrap control
- Working with modules for their Best Known Methods and process Continuous improvement plans.
Required Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic experience in photography and videography
- Knowledge of web page creation (sharepoint) is preferred
- Being proficient in Davinci 16/17, blender and text to speech software is preferred
- A meticulous responsible team player with the passion for creative works is very welcome
- Experience in a fab operations environment and with quality mindset will be advantageous
- Candidate with both engineering and media background will be have an advantage as well
