Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in sourcing and recruitment for junior to senior level positions at high volume
• Prior working experience in an engineering/manufacturing/semi-conductor environment preferred
• Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Taleo
• Strong analytical, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrate end-to-end talent lifecycle experience to meet business needs, including: researching, sourcing, talent pooling, process design, assessment techniques including behavioral based interviewing and hiring of key talent.
• Discreet in handling confidential information

• Possess strong interpersonal communications and stakeholder management skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. 
• Able to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment and working with multiple priorities
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
