We are hiring due to business expansion. Looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee a group of companies
Job Description:
- Assist in the facilities operation, management and maintenance
- Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
- Attend to breakdowns and feedback
- Handle installation, repair and replacement works
- Inventory control of company assets, equipment, instrument and tools
- Inspect and ensure all services and systems are in compliance with the statutory requirements
- Perform general housekeeping activities
- Supervise vendors and contractors
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Fire Safety Manager an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
Salary will commensurate with relevant working experience.
