Job Description:
- Responsible for complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, using defined IT platforms, as key Business Supporting Functions
- Handle return goods process (excess or defective) from customers; and to factories / suppliers
- Support in the implementation of projects to drive continuous process improvements
- Support Business Function in monthly reporting as assigned by Manager
- Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by Manager
Requirements:
- SAP/Excel Macro
- Knowledge in CRM will be an Advantage
- Good Communication skills
- Mini 3 years working experince in SCM/Logistics/Order Fulfilment
- Diploma/Degree in any field.
