RECEPTIONIST QUALIFICATIONS:

• Holiday Pay!
• Must be able to multi-task in a busy work environment, reliable and organized
• Have exceptional customer service skills
• Answering and transferring phone calls to the appropriate department
• Monitoring all visitors that enter and exit the building
• Receiving cash deposits and basic cash handling skills required
• Daily sorting of the mail
• Assisting in basic administrative duties
• Be available nights & weekends
