Property Management is responsible for operational management of the firms owned and leased real estate assets portfolio across EMEA. The role plays a key part in the delivery and management of workplace services. The team works closely with our Real Estate Strategy and Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) teams to optimise the workplace experience for our people and contribute to the firms environmental targets and smart building technology.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
This position is based in our London Office and reports to the EMEA Facilities Lead, VP, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of Property Management for the EMEA region. Specifically, you will oversee a team of third party property management vendors responsible for the day to day operation, maintenance and sustainability of our workplace. This role will also be a key workplace client touchpoint across the internal divisions of the firm. You will partner with colleagues to craft and evolve our workplace strategy as well as being a key stakeholder working with our Real Estate Development teams for new office fit-outs and refurbishment. The role provides a great platform to grow and develop a career in Real Estate Property Management.
