Position Title: Office Assistant
Hours Per Week: 30
Reports to: Office Manager
Summary
This position is responsible for assisting the Office Manager with the day-to-day management of the school’s administrative functions. The Office Assistant principal duties include maintaining current student files, customer service, and clerical assistance. The Office Assistant will consult with the Office Manager to develop and carry out assigned responsibilities. This position requires a high level of organization and the ability to communicate effectively, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and maintaining confidentiality.
