Our Opportunity

The role of Factory Operator at Yoplait is to operate and monitor the equipment used to produce high quality products in accordance with the production plan. The role will be required to complete equipment checks, meet agreed productivity and waste reductions targets and maintain a high standard of cleanliness around the plant.

Key accountabilities of the role include:

• Routine Operation of equipment necessary for the filling of yogurt and dairy product following standard operating procedures
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Ensuring all equipment is operated according to site standards
• Ensuring Health & Safety policies are followed

Hrs are a 3 weekly rotating roster Mon-Fri of:
00:00-08:00

16:00-00:00

08:00-16:00

Pay rate will be dependent on skillset, but will start between $24.05 & $25.74 with the ability to go up to $26.26 within 12 months and there is a nightshift allowance of $34.26/day for working the 00:00-08:00 shift.

About You

To be successful in your application, you will have:

• Process or food manufacturing operational experience.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• The ability to work in a physically demanding role.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A great attitude towards health and safety.
