Thermal Supply is a Daikin Comfort Technology company in the Pacific Northwest. They have 23 locations in the PNW. Thermal is a wholesaler of heating, air conditioning equipment parts, refrigeration and supplies.

Overview: A Data Clerk is responsible for collecting, entering and maintenance of data from internal/external resources using company systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, enter and maintain company-specific data and reports into appropriate systems/data bases/files on a daily basis
• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or scanners
• Ensure information is entered accurately and timely; verify data accuracy by comparing to source documents, etc.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Enter revisions and or changes and delete old selections when applicable.
• Generate reports from system as needed
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Perform additional duties as requested

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Working knowledge of Data base systems
• Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• Attention to detail – high level of accuracy
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to change
• Business processes and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.49 – $26.42 per hour
