Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience exhibiting leadership and building relationships across functions and levels.
- 8 years of experience in advertising sales, business development, and/or online media environment.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in solution-based selling and brand marketing (on/offline).
- Experience with business development, client relationship building on the executive-level.
- Experience identifying and developing high-impact opportunities for long-term strategic benefit.
- Online media experience, with an understanding of search, display and online video advertising.
- Expertise in digital marketing, with knowledge of Google advertising products.
- Excellent sales and servicing skills.

As a Market Lead you’ll understand our advertisers’ needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You’ll have the opportunity to work with large travel clients in a highly dynamic market. You will go deep into understanding their business, consult them holistically, and become a trusted advisor on executive management level. The Travel Team consults major travel clients with international scope.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Grow advertising cross-channel business through clear, data-driven POVs and recommendations that align with Customer Business Objectives.
- Partner with an Account Manager and team members to drive business opportunities that build long-term growth.
- Deliver a clear industry and product POV to help inform clients’ marketing plans through a full-funnel and multi-product approach.
- Manage complex initiatives across a variety of stakeholders and drive projects to successful outcomes.
- Manage and develop relationships with executives clients through a consultative, customer-focused, and collaborative sales approach.
