The Ministry of Social Services, Corporate Services in Regina is looking for reliable and trustworthy individuals to perform file management, payment processing, unit support and reception duties for the Regina office which supports various Ministry programs. As a person who is energetic, thorough, conscientious and attentive to detail, your duties may include: filing extremely large volumes of correspondence, electronically enter and retrieve confidential client data, answering telephones and providing friendly, professional customer service to our clients. To be successful in this position, you must also be focused, efficient and dedicated to working in a team environment. You will have knowledge of general office practices, procedures and protocols and computer database systems.
