Position Summary
We are looking for a HR Manager based at our Confectionary (Chocolate) Factory reporting into the Director of Factory Operations. This role is accountable for providing complete Human Resources services to both hourly and salaried factory-based employees. In addition to your being a member of the leadership team at the site, you will be responsible for the people agenda within a unionized environment and act as the driving force behind creation and implementation of people plans aligned with business agenda. This role is seen as an expert in the field of People Performance & HR, including labour relations, to represent the complete HR Service / Value Chain.
