GPC Hiring for Site Clerk Job at Bray , Ireland Full Time

Site Clerk required for a leading developer to working on a project in Bray. This is a permanent role with a well-respected company ideal for Site Clerk that wants to develop a long-term career. The successful Site Clerk will have worked in a similar capacity previously and have a strong knowledge of site admin and BCAR.

Duties:

• Manage incoming documents and manage the distribution of documents to various project Document control for the site management team
• Reporting to Procurement Manager for the procurement of site materials
• Maintaining in house ordering systems and reconciling orders with delivery dockets via online portal
• Inspection of deliveries where possible, noting any anomalies
• Ensuring invoices and dockets are correct prior uploading to in house system
• Coordination and liaison with all parties involved in a construction project and ensure that accurate information is recorded on all platforms
• Arranging timely site inspections with documented reporting on same including following up on outstanding matters.
• Gathering required documentation at all stages and phases for the project for commencement and completion of Development
• Gathering and maintaining required product certification from contractors
• Engage with site team, main contractor and sub-contractors and purchasers with regards to all relevant paperwork

Requirements:

• Strong Administration / Document Control experience
• IT Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint)35,000
• Construction/Engineering Industry experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

Package:

• €35k-€40k
