Join our expanding team! We are in need of a Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a full time position. Remote/Hybrid workspace.
Job Des:
- Review billing daily to ensure timely resolution of outstanding A/R. Follows-up on incorrectly denied and outstanding claims; including client balances; in a timely fashion.
- Review accounts for collection agency submittal.
- Process EOB and R/A payments/denials from all payors and self pay payments; in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for addressing client/family issues and concerns (phone; mail; and walk-in) in a timely manner; while projecting a professional and caring image. Return client/family calls and office staff calls/inquiries timely.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy at all times in job functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $43,000.00 per year
