As a Coordinator, Process Excellence your responsibilities will include:
- Assists the team with the coordination of logistics associated with a successful onboarding of colleagues onto business transformation projects
- Create presentations to support the communication of project deliverables and needs to key stakeholders
- Manage the organization and tracking of project and program artifacts
- Organize meetings, document meeting notes/summaries, actions, next steps
- Build relationships with key project team members and understand their needs and become a go to advisor for project and implementation planning
- Foster an environment and culture that encourages productivity, innovation & teamwork
- Other duties as required

Think you’ve got what it takes to be a Coordinator, Process Excellence? Like the colour purple? Great. Here’s a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick:
- University degree or College diploma in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar quantitative discipline
- 2-4 years of experience working with clients or companies/firms in tax, assurance, audit, management consulting, financial services, IT or similar industry
- Completion of 1-3 projects involving the coordination of resources, project planning, development of presentations
- Working towards CAPM or PMP an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal communication skills, facilitation, organization
- Analytical skills including processing unstructured data, developing plans to organize the unstructured data into implementation plans / roadmap
