Join a friendly and engaging team in a support role for the Auckland office.
About The Role
We are seeking a confident and professional person who enjoys using their initiative and solving problems to join our front of house staff in our social and busy Auckland office! You will be a key member of the office supporting our business and our clients. It is an office based role with set hours Monday – Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm.
You will be responsible for answering the phones, meeting and greeting clients, coordinating meeting rooms, organising catering and other administrative functions as required. There will also be opportunity to support our office manager with a range of office related projects.
You will be joining our Facilities team which is led by our wonderful Office Manager, who enjoys supporting her team members to thrive and providing opportunities for them to develop their skills to grow in their careers. This team is a part of Grant Thornton NZ’s wider corporate services team made up of our Marketing, Finance, IT and People and Culture teams.
